Completion of this application does not guarantee participation in this event. Due to the limited number of vendors that we are able to accommodate at this location, all vendor applications will undergo jury selection.
Please note that this event is open to artisans of handmade, unique, or custom products. For this reason, we are not accepting applications for sales consultants. This event is rain or shine. In the case that there is extreme weather during this weekend (traveling is too dangerous for vendors/attendees), vendors will be notified at least 24 hours prior to cancellation.

Space Details
Vendor spaces do not include tables, chairs, or displays of any sort and not every space will have access to an electrical outlet. If your space requires access to an electrical outlet, please confirm you have selected that option above. Please plan to bring your own tables/displays.

This venue is not 100% accessible. There are two steps in the foyer of the venue to enter the event area. If your vendor position is located on the second floor, there is a set of stairs to access the second floor. Consideration will be given when positioning vendors on each floor.

Due to ongoing renovations, there is currently one unisex restroom on the second floor available to vendors only. Should renovations on the downstairs bathroom not be completed in time for this event, the second-floor bathroom will be the only available option (vendors only).

Large Space Request
For vendors who have larger product items and require more than 8 x 8, we will do our best to accommodate an indoor position. However, there is a possibility that you may be positioned at the entrance (of the premises (outside, along the sidewalk). This is also an ideal location if you sell outdoor products such as yard signs/decor.

Food Truck/Trailer Vendors
There is a private lot just outside of the building to support two food trucks. For this reason, the jury for food trucks will be very selective. We love food and hope to host several different trucks at our events throughout the year. This lot does have electric hook-up available. If you elect to run a generator, the generator must be a quiet model to avoid neighborhood disturbance.

Insurance
Temporary insurance must be provided to The Burlap Door prior to the start of the event:

Selected vendors must provide insurance for 1 York St. in Taneytown, MD.

Selected food truck vendors must provide insurance for 1 York W. Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD.

​Contracted Hours
Participating vendors are under contract for the duration of the event. Vendors are required to operate during these contracted hours.
*Failure to comply may affect future participation in The Burlap Door vendor events.
